Kane has extensive knowledge and experience in coaching players of all levels ranging from beginner golfers including ladies and juniors through to tour professionals.

Kane has the skills and experience to coach all aspects of the golf game.  His playing experience began in grass roots golf also holding a VIS (Victorian Institute of Sport) scholarship, where he went on to play State golf with Marc Leishman, Marcus Fraser and Jarrod Lyle. Kane played for 5 years as part of the Victorian State team, holds six course records and is the designer of the Yin Yang 58 sand wedge.

Kane has a simple and effective coaching style with a friendly and calm approach. After gaining an understanding of his student’s goals, Kane will work with that student to create a continuous improvement plan.

Kane is a former playing professional and former Head Professional of the Southern Golf Club in Victoria. Highlights of his playing career included being the Louisiana (USA) State Amateur Champion and 2x winner on the US Pepsi Tour in California.

Kane has tremendous knowledge of the game and has the unbelievable way of adapting his teaching skills to coach anyone. He takes a special interest in all of his students. Recently after moving interstate he found the time and interest to contact a golfer to congratulate him on making the B Grade Club Championship final. This blew the member away and just about sums Kane up, he just cares.

Whenever I was experiencing a problem with my game and had a lesson with Kane and there was a problem, he had the happy knack of identifying the problem and fixing it within a minute. He would then cancel the lesson and not charge, saying BMAC you’re good and I was.
