Brisbane Racing Club is the leading metropolitan race club in Queensland, the BRC conducts 98 race meetings and hosts over 300,000 patrons each year. Race meetings are conducted at the club’s two racetracks, Eagle Farm and Doomben racecourses. Highlights on the racing calendar include the summer (December ) and winter (May, June) carnivals.
These racing events feature black type races attracting wide interest from the public, media and industry. The Brisbane Racing Carnival (held in May/June) in particular showcases the cream of racing champions from Australia and New Zealand.
